EDUCATIONAL DISCOUNT

1) We do have an educational discount for the students and educational institutes. 5% off will be granted for
a single quantity of any our products. Other quantities will be the same as the following.

2) For larger quantities, we have the following discount plan:

5% Off for 2-5 pcs of the same items
10% Off for 6-10 pcs of the same items
15% Off for 11-20 pcs of the same items
Call us for items more than 20 pcs.


ORDERING INFORMATION

1) Write down the part number and quantity needed and then email to us: order@patronic.com You can also 
fax to us by Fax Number : +(852) 2887-2519. University or Company Purchase Orders are welcome. Please fax 
the official Purchase Order (PO) to +(852) 2887-2519.We will process it immediately (Normally shipped at the
same working day).

2) We will acknowledge you the total amount you need to pay including shipping and handling, and the educational
discount (if any) by email. We are able to ship our products to US, Canada, Pacific Rim, North or South America, 
UK, and other European countries. The shipping cost is between US$10.00 - US$20.00 by Airmail Parcel in small 
quantity. For FedEx/UPS/DHL shipping rate, please contact us info@patronic.com No import tax or duty on the
products. Please refer to the SHIPPING AND HANDLING  below for more details

3) For University or Company Order, we can fax or email you the quotation including shipping and 
handling and educational discount upon request.

4) The goods will be shipped immediately upon receiving the payment. For i-Check and bank transfer payment, we will ship
the goods immediately. For the Purchase Order (PO) ordering, we will ship the goods immediately upon receiving the
PO, then we will bill your Account Department.

5) Payment Method:
a) Check in US fund issued by any US banks. You can use i-Check in US fund  to process the 
    payment immediately. Please refer to the i-Check step-by-steip instructions.
b) Check in Canadian issued by any Canadian banks. You can use i-Check in Canadian fund 
    to process the payment immediately. Please refer to the i-Check step-by-steip instructions.
c) Check in EURO issued by any European banks. 
d) International Bank Draft in US fund issued by any your local banks.
d) Money Order in US fund issed by any US banks.
e) Wiring (T/T) from any your local bank to our bank. Our bank information available upon request.
f) By Western Union bank transfer service. Check you local Western Union outlet here. After you make the transfer,
   the Western Union will give you a control number. You need to send this control number to order@patronic.com

Note: We will ship the products immediately (at the same day) if the payment has been made by option (a), (b), (e), and (f). 
For i-Check payment, it is safe and SSL protected. You just need to fill-in your physical check information into the i-Check
form, and you don't need to mail the "real" check to us. The i-Check is already make payable to us. After you prcoess
the payment by i-Check system, it will send you a receipt to prove your payment and we will get the acknowledge from
the i-Check system at the same time.

For other payments (Physical Check in either US or EURO, Money Order, or International Bank Draft), please

Shipping will be by Airmail Parcel for heavy items and Registered Airmail for light items. The shipping cost will
be between US$10.00 - US$20 for 1-2 quantity. Please contact us the shipping rate for large quantity numbers.
The heavy the items, the shipping rate becomes cheaper. Both shipping methods will take around 5-7 working 
days.

2) South America
Shipping will be by Airmail Parcel for heavy items and Registered Airmail for light items. The shipping cost will
be between US$10.00 - US$20 for 1-2 quantity. Please contact us the shipping rate for large quantity numbers.

3) Europe and others
Shipping will be by Airmail Parcel for heavy items and Registered Airmail for light items. The shipping cost will

4) Pacific Rim / Asia
Shipping will be by Airmail Parcel for heavy items and Registered Airmail for light items. The shipping cost will
be between US$5.00 - US$20 for 1-2 quantity. Please contact us the shipping rate for large quantity numbers.
The heavy the items, the shipping rate becomes cheaper. Both shipping methods will take around 3-5 working 
days.

5) For FedEx/DHL/UPS, please call us for the actual shipping rate. Typically, they will take 1-3 working days
to arrive to anywhere in the world. We can ship the items by your shipping account if any. Please give us your account
information when placing the order.
